Founder & Executive Director
Gerald K. Malcom is an educator and program operator with nearly 20 years of experience designing and delivering leadership enrichment and community-based programming. Beginning in 2006, he served as an Author-in-Residence and has delivered enrichment across Albany, Schenectady, and Troy City School Districts. He is the author of six books, including youth-focused work.
Gerald also brings over 20 years of officiating experience and more than 10 years training officials. He oversees systems tied to scheduling, standards, evaluation, and workforce pathways connected to officiating and leadership development.

Van wormer

Dave Van Wormer supports program execution with emphasis on operations, standards, and consistency. His role includes reinforcing program structure, supporting league integrity, assisting with implementation of rules/standards, and helping ensure program delivery stays organized, safe, and professional.

Financial Administrator
Erica Dobbs supports financial administration, bookkeeping coordination, and record organization to help ensure accurate tracking, clean documentation, and responsible fiscal management across programs.
Zoe malcom
Program Support & Community Engagement
Zoe Malcom supports program coordination, participant communication, and community engagement across GKNY initiatives. Her role strengthens participant experience, supports program logistics, and helps maintain consistent communication with families and partners.
