GKNY Mentor Program, Inc. is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to mentorship, leadership development, sports-based education, and workforce readiness. Serving youth, young adults,
and seniors throughout the Capital Region, GKNY uses structured programming to build confidence, accountability, and positive life skills.
Founded to address gaps in access to mentorship and leadership opportunities, GKNY Mentor Program meets participants where they are and provides safe, supportive environments where growth happens
both on and off the court. Our work is rooted in the belief that sports, when paired with intentional mentorship and responsibility,
can become powerful tools for personal development, community engagement, and long-term success.
